  • Casting Director Workshop with Briana Dunlay

    This is an awesome opportunity to meet Briana and for her to get to know you and your work. Briana will assign a scene for each actor to work on opposite a professional reader. The class will end with an extensive Q&A.

  • Agent Workshop with DGRW’s Jeremy Sickles.

    An opportunity to meet and learn from Jeremy Sickles of DGRW, one of the most respected agencies in the industry. 

    Actors will work on a self-selected TV/Film scene opposite a reader and receive feedback from Jeremy Sickles. 

    The session will include a Q&A session so students get the most information about what to do or not to do when submitting to agencies and managers.

‘Collaboration is key’ - This is definitely true when it comes to letting other people know that you exist as an option to them and that your work is great! The more people know you and your work, the more likely you are to be invited to the ‘party’ aka to get the job.

  • One of the skills Mark brings out of performers is the ability to do something in a new or more honest way, more often. Having worked with Mark for over a year now, I've embraced many choices he's encouraged me to try. The time it takes for me to go from, "I'm not sure" to an enthusiastic and committed "Yes" has shortened significantly.   • When I started working with Mark, I was unsure if acting was something I was going to pursue. I had taken a bunch of classes during my time at NYU, but never as an adult. I came to class slightly intimidated by my lack of experience, however this rapidly dissipated as Mark created a safe and welcoming environment. Not to mention I always have a blast in his class whether it be the exercises he has us do when acting out a scene (a personal favorite is when he has us put on a different accent to get us out of our own head) or the community and relationships he helps cultivate within our class.
