Hi I’m Kayla Ryan Walsh!

I’m the Community Events Leader for Mark Evans Studio and am excited to welcome you to all of our upcoming and future gatherings.

Community and collaboration are a huge part of the culture at Mark Evans Studio and the events I facilitate are to give as many opportunities for connection outside of the class room as possible.

From group movie nights, to informal script readings, from pottery classes to trivia nights.

I also coordinate group outings to see shows and screenings that Mark Evans Studio actors are in here in the city.

Adult Arts & Crafts

We're tapping into our inner child this April - all things crafty and creative at Happy Medium, New York's Art Cafe!

Who: MES Studio Members (or those who have attended a Free Workshop, Community check in, etc.!)

Where: Happy Medium (Manhattan location - 49 Market Street)

Sunday, April 19th, 4:30-6:30pm

**Participants are required to pay a $15 deposit beforehand, and then the cost of whatever activity they choose onsite. Please see the Google Form for more details regarding deposit information. (CEL will go through the submissions and reach out to folks directly to give the Venmo info)

**Limited to 8 participants to keep it intimate

Spring Into Self Care Event

Mark Evans Studios is teaming up with Broadway Blooms and The Broadway Esthetician for a fun evening on Tuesday, May 26th from 6-9pm (Midtown location available upon ticket purchase!)

  • Create personalized mini-floral arrangements under the masterful guide of Broadway Blooms’ Sara Al-Bazali

  • Receive a free consultation from NY-licensed esthetician and skincare expert Alex McDermott, The Broadway Esthetician

  • Enter a raffle to win a free month of classes with the Mark Evans Studio (for new students only!), established by star of Broadway and London’s West End, Mark Evans

  • Mingle with your Broadway community to learn how others are planning to Spring Into Self-Care

  • Tickets are $30 - and we encourage you to bring friends not in the studio to expand our community!
